Congratulations to our very own Pittre Walker on earning the Sandra Neese Lifetime Achievement award! Walker has worked in the district for close to 25 years helping children and their families across the district. She recognizes firsthand the challenges faced by youth as it relates to homelessness and she uses her innovation to connect them to helpful resources to allow for an education.
Under her leadership, graduation rates for homeless students during the last four years has increased by more than 30 percent. We are very proud of the continuous new, innovative and forward-thinking she has brought to Caddo Schools.
