What Staff Are Saying at Caddo Parish Schools

Brittnay Gore

I feel like Caddo Schools wants to make sure that teachers are supported in the classroom. The district provides professional development which allows you to connect with other teachers. It give you the opportunity to see what is working in their classroom and you can use that knowledge for your own classroom.

The highlight of my teaching career in Caddo Schools is receiving the Rookie Teacher of the Year award highlighting the work I've done in my short time here. I feel constant support from the administration at my school, and they are very open to any ideas I develop for the students. I also love the fact that they provide high levels of attention to teachers' needs.
