We are excited to welcome Ms. Davis to the Pine Grove community and look forward to the leadership, experience and passion she will bring to students, staff and families.

Tonight, the Caddo Parish School Board unanimously approved an employee stipend plan, continuing its commitment to invest in the people who serve Caddo students and schools each day.
All eligible employees will receive a $1,000 stipend. Employees on salary grades with starting pay below $30,000 will receive an additional $500, bringing their total stipend to $1,500. Payments will be made on or before Aug. 15.
The approval follows the Board’s June action providing a 6% across-the-board pay raise for eligible employees. Together, these investments recognize the work of Caddo Schools employees and strengthen the district’s efforts to recruit and retain outstanding educators and support professionals.

Dr. Lacy has been an incredible educator and principal and most recently supervised our McKinney-Vento Program, where she supported homeless students and their families with compassion and dedication. She brings valuable experience, a heart for service and a strong understanding of how federal programs can support schools, students and families.
In this role, she will help lead work that ensures resources are aligned to student needs and district priorities.

Beginning tomorrow, June 1, parents and guardians will start receiving auto-subscribe emails with instructions to get started. Be sure to check your email and follow the steps so your account is ready to go.
With SchoolCash Online, families will be able to view fees, make payments, receive reminders and keep school payments organized, all in one convenient and secure place.

Risa Loveance has been named incoming principal of Southern Hills, where she has served as instructional coordinator and previously as interim assistant principal. Her experience supporting teachers, leading instructional collaboration, strengthening student supports, and building positive school culture will serve the Southern Hills community well in this next chapter.
We are excited to welcome Ms. Loveance into this role and look forward to her leadership.
