Seretta Smith is the new principal of Donnie Bickham Middle School. Before joining the Donnie Bickham community, Mrs. Smith served students for 13 years at Green Oaks High School and was an integral part of the instructional team. She contributed to Green Oaks achieving "B" status and collaborated with Southern University in Shreveport to establish an Associate Degree program for students. With a strong belief in the power of education, she is committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students can thrive. She believes every child deserves an opportunity to be their best self and deserves the means to do so. #wearecaddo


Pauline Harris is the new Principal at Queensborough Elementary School. She has 30 years of education experience in Caddo Parish in which she served as an assistant principal for the past 10 of those years. In her new role as principal, she feels that it is important to create a school culture where staff members truly believe ALL students can learn. Ms. Harris is very passionate about finding ways to individualize instruction for students and believes partnerships with parents and community members are essential to enriching the experience at Queensborough Elementary. #wearecaddo

Jason Laufenberg is the new Principal at North Caddo High School! Mr. Laufenberg has nearly 22 years of education experience in Caddo Parish. His philosophy is based on his uncompromising belief that all students can learn, given a positive learning environment, strong and knowledgeable leadership, a committed and focused educational team, an encouraging community, and a supportive family. His goal is to continue the path towards excellence that has already been established while continuing to build upon the strong foundation that already exists at North Caddo High School. #wearecaddo

Rachenda Douglas is the new Principal at Atkins Elementary School! Mrs. Douglas has 27 years of education experience in Caddo Parish. Mrs. Douglas graduated from Louisiana State University, where she received her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. Her educational experiences have allowed her to collaborate with a diverse group of people to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement and well-being. Mrs. Douglas views a collaborative school environment as the key to creating successful teachers and students. #wearecaddo


Please welcome Felicia O’Neal as the new Principal at Ridgewood Middle School. For the past 28 years, she has served in several leadership capacities with Caddo Schools. Mrs. O’Neal previously served as principal of Fair Park, where she honed her leadership skills and fostered a positive learning environment for students. She looks forward to leading Ridgewood to continued growth and guiding her teachers to lead the students to their fullest potential. #wearecaddo


Congratulations to Amy Williams, the new Principal at Fairfield Elementary Magnet! Mrs. Williams has over nineteen years of teaching experience in Caddo, as well as her roles as Global Studies Coordinator and French Immersion Program Coordinator at Fairfield. With ten years of experience at Fairfield, she feels confident in the foundation she has built with the students, staff, parents, community stakeholders, and leaders at other schools in the area, which will ensure the continued success of the students. She understands the traditions that have been built at Fairfield in the last twenty years with supporting student success, faculty success, and parental relationships and she is ready to take on the responsibility of leading Fairfield to further success. #wearecaddo

During his 20 years in education, he served as Captain Shreve's head football coach for seven years and a classroom teacher for 18 years. As Assistant Principal, he has developed relationships and worked with recruitment, instructional coaching, and
